Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Lincoln Institute and the D-Class digital campus. Last updated May 2026.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website, registering an account, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
- You must keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.
- One person, one account. Accounts are non-transferable.
3. Programmes, fees, and certificates
Course descriptions, schedules, and fees are published on our Programmes pages. Tuition is payable as stated at enrolment. Certificates and academic records are issued only upon satisfactory completion of the requirements set by the Institute and, where applicable, its affiliated partners.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or sublicense Institute content without permission.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Submit work that is not your own in assessments (academic dishonesty).
- Disrupt the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users.
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material.
5. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, written content, branding, and software on this platform are the property of Lincoln Institute or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access materials for personal educational use only.
6. User submissions
You retain ownership of work you submit (assignments, discussion posts, exam responses). You grant the Institute a non-exclusive licence to use, store, and assess your submissions for educational and accreditation purposes.
7. AI assistant
The Institute's AI assistant provides general guidance based on official knowledge. Responses may be incomplete or out of date and do not constitute admissions, legal, or academic decisions. Verify important information with admissions or programme staff.
8. Refunds and withdrawal
Refund eligibility is set out in the enrolment terms of each programme. Withdrawal requests should be sent to admissions@lincolndiplo.com and are reviewed in line with published policy.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, academic misconduct, non-payment, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time, subject to retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Institute disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
